We understand the urgency of face masks for the workplace as COVID-19 restrictions start to lift. While we can't predict exact shipping times, to do our part, we are air shipping products to organizations to get what they need faster.
For work: It’s best to order in larger quantities to secure enough supply for your staff as there is high demand for our products. Take advantage of bulk volume discounts and ensure you have enough stock available. Planning for two to five masks per person depending on their risk exposure is ideal. We require a minimum order of 500 masks.

For school: Planning for 3 to 5 masks per person is ideal so students and staff have clean masks to wear throughout the week. It’s best to order in larger quantities to secure enough supply for your staff as there is high demand for our products. A face mask should ideally be washed with water and detergent or soap after each use in public. You can either hand wash it or put it in the washing machine. After 20 to 30 washes, the water resistance is reduced but the mask can still be used.
Face masks are most effective when they are used with other recommended safety measures including maintaining 2 metres apart from people in public where possible and frequent handwashing.

While masks alone will not necessarily give you 100% protection from COVID-19, top doctors have said they can help slow the spread of the virus, particularly among people who are asymptomatic or presymptomatic.
No. The filters add an extra layer of protection when you know staff may not be able to achieve social distancing requirements easily. It’s an option in case your staff needs it.
We can ship anywhere in the US and all Canadian provinces except Quebec. We do not ship to Canadian territories.
For health and safety reasons, all face masks are final sale and cannot be returned. We do offer samples so you can see if they are a good fit for your workplace.
Due to the limited supply of face masks, many people are making them at home using cloth or other materials. Some downsides are materials like scarves can still allow contaminants to penetrate. When making these masks, people also have to find the right balance of making enough layers while still being breathable.

While surgical masks act as a barrier to droplets, splashes, and spit, they are not designed to provide a tight seal against the face or effectively filter small particles in the air.

Researchers have said that face masks that form a tight shield around the face are most effective. Professionally made masks use higher quality materials, allow for more custom fitting, and meet recommended safety standards.
